Throwback Thursday: Pete Teo Live @ Heineken Green Room Sessions (2003)

This is a great shot by Bernice Chauly of Malaysian singer/songwriter Pete Teo during his solo concert @ The Actor’s Studio Bangsar in 2003.

I produced this concert for Pete and it was sponsored by Heineken.

The show broke a lot of ground for both Heineken and the indie scene in Malaysia (FIRST indie concert in Malaysia to sell out way before opening night) and is still something I am very proud of to this day!

And don’t forget we didn’t have Facebook and all this social media to promote during those days!

Thank You All For Supporting The Get Fast. Get Furious. Fast & Furious 6 Carnival At The Summit Subang USJ!

Thank You All For Supporting The Get Fast. Get Furious. Fast & Furious 6 Carnival!

Thank you to everyone who came to our Get Fast. Get Furious./Fast & Furious 6 event @ the Summit Subang USJ over the past 4 days – I hope you enjoyed the cool rides on display, snapped photos with our gorgeous Fast & Furious girls, caught a ride at the Conemasters Gymkhana Experience and most importantly – watched Fast & Furious 6!

I am super happy that we were able to bring so much joy/smiles/thrills/excitement to so many people and we will definitely do something like this again.

To be able to organize the ONLY legit Fast & Furious 6 tie-in event in Malaysia was truly an honor (if you look at some of the other so-called Fast & Furious 6 events happening around the country, look how many of them were actually allowed use the words “Fast & Furious 6” in the event title … hehe)

I’d like to thank our MEGA AWESOME event partners – the Summit Subang USJ, Innoform Media, Line Malaysia, Speed City KL, Fajar Motors, Motorsport Playground & the Blue Jackets Fraternitas … we really couldn’t have put on such a kick-ass event without any of you!

Finally I’d like to thank United International Pictures for choosing to work with us.

Epic video coming soon!

Thank you!

Here it is, hard evidence of the epic party that went down at Cuvée this Chinese New Year.

It was the most insane undertaking ever (who the fuck throws a one-week long party?) but we made history and no one’s gonna forget this one anytime soon.

Thanks to Cuvée and Tiger Beer for the support.

I’d also like to thank my good friend Sean Teoh for believing in my concept!

Thanks to all my lovely DJs for proving that girls can DJ too (and sometimes better than the guys!)

And of course thank you to all the party people for helping to make history!

2012 Conemasters Round 3!

Round 3 of the 2012 Conemasters International Gymkhana Challenge promises to be the best one yet and I hope those of you who are in the area come to check it out!

The event is brought to you by: Clarion, Infogo, Whiteline, What’s Good?, Epic Sound & Light, Motorsport Playground and the Seri Pacific Hotel.

Not only is Tengku Djan Ley going to be our Guest of Honor and course designer, we also have a special guest photographer – Alex Krasnikov, better known to automobile photography aficionados around the world as ANTYPE.

It’s going to be EPIC.

See you there!

P.S. For those of you who are coming from out of town, we can get very good rates from the Seri Pacific Hotel (that’s where we’ll all be staying) so if you want us to make reservations for you, just holla!

Conemasters Guest Of Honor!

I am SUPER honored to be able to announce that we have an INCREDIBLE Guest of Honor for Round 3 of the 2012 Conemasters International Gymkhana Challenge and its no other than His Royal Highness Tengku Djan Ley aka the Prince of Drift.

Its no secret that I have a profound respect for Tengku Djan and to have him come and support our event just makes it 100x more awesome.

I already love Speed City KL as a venue but to also have Tengku lend his valuable support by just being there AND designing the course that drivers will be tackling on the day is just TOO AWESOME.

Now I’m just wondering if Tengku Djan will bring one of his cars down to show us how to drive.
